If a person has no complied with a settlement agreement then you need to obtain an abstract of judgment, complete it and submit it to your county clerk's office for sealing. Once sealed, you then record it with your county recorder's office.

A consumer law attorney can assist you in your matter or consulting with your county law librarian could also help.
