What does release without prejudice mean?

I was arrested on possession and obstructing law and now the status of the charge is release without prejudice.

Generally speaking, it means that you were released from custody I think with out prejudice here would be to re arrest you and hold you this time.  May I strongly suggest that you seek help from an attorney on this matter as soon as possible.  This is a serious issue and it needs to be taken seriously.  Good luck.
