If you have discovered that you were a supposed beneficiary under a Will and received no distribution from any filed probate proceeding, you should consult with an experienced probate attorney about the situation and bring him or her all documents pertaining to the Will for review.
Such documents would be a copy of the Will, an inventory of the estate's assets and a decree of final distribution of the estate's assets. Potentially you may be a contingent beneficiary under the Will that you are writing about where any distribution to you might not be warranted to be distributed to you presently, or that your interest is to be held in trust and not be distributed for a stated period of time.
