What do I do if my ex has primary placement but I know she has moved to another state and left the kids with her parents?

They are dropping the kids off for my time with the kids.

Well at least she has not taken them out of state in violation of the agreement and the law.  What you need to do is to go to court to modify the order or agreement and to become the custodial parent of the children.  It is your right.  Good luck.
