Okay so basically you stole her jewelry becuase she did not give it to you or ask you to pawn it for her.  So depending on the amount of the jewelry stolen you will be charged with either Petty Theft/larceny - generally a misdemeanor - or a Grand theft/Larceny- generally a felony. And other facts may dictate other charges, like burglary.  I would seek help from an attorney as soon as you can.
