What can you do about illegal dumping on business property?
My father owns a donut shop and every couple weeks or so someone is
always dumping garbage that are not easy to throw away. Things such as mattresses, TV’s, desks, etc. Is there any way to report this to the county? My father is getting frustrated and always has to go out of his own way to some how get rid of these things which I feel the county can somehow help clean the mess.

The county is not responsible to clean the mess for him, unless it's county employees doing this. But if you can identify the dumpers, you can contact the police and they can be ticketed for the illegal dumping and/or trespassing; and/or sue them for any clean up costs (e.g. in small claims court). It is the person or business doing this dumping that can be held accountable for it. Installing security cameras to see who comes, goes, and dumps might be a good idea.
