What can I legally do to keep my ex from entering my home while I am not present?

My girlfriend of 6 months and I just broke up. She had been living with me in a home that I own. She claims to have legal grounds to come and go as she wants so that she can remove her things even when I am not present. She does not have a key and has broken in a back door to remove part of her property. I have asked that she wait to remove her things until I am present so I can make sure that nothing of mine is broken or taken. What are her rights towards entering my home? What are my rights in regards to being being present?

Unless she has a formal lease somewhere, I do not see she having right to come and mess up things. File a restraining order to keep her out if you will.
