I went to USCIS office in US for Adjustment Of Status for Diversity visa green card. Officer said that I want to approve your case but KCC didn’t send your payment information to us. The officer said,

Follow up with the USCIS office and keep following up. Make an infopass appointment. If you have proof of payment for the visa, then submit that to USCIS as well. Realize that your case has to be approved before the cutoff for the diversity visa lottery timeframe.
