What to do if my boyfriend was hurt at work and his employer doesn’t have any insurance and says he isn’t his employee?
My boyfriend got hurt at work and now has to have back surgery to fix it. His employer says he doesn’t have workers comp or any insurance and my boyfriend isn’t his employee. We want to seek for the bills and pain and suffering, plus lost wages. How can we go about this if we cant afford to pay an attorney unless we collect?
