What can I do about this now that I do not work for them anymore?
I have a employment issue. I was working for Arbys the well known roast beef fast food place. The one I was working at was dominantly African American which is fine. However, when the managers and other employees saw I had a trump sticker they then proceeded to harass me and told me that the black lives matter movement was going to kill me.

Actually, your coworkers or managers are allowed to harass you over your political beliefs or a political bumper sticker: there is no protection at work (unless you worked for a government agency or entity) for political speech, because the 1st Amendment applies to the government, not to private employers. d on what you write, they may have been "morally" wrong to say what they did, but they did nothing legally wrong.
