What are the steps in acquiring a dismissal of a legal seperation in the state of Arizona?

My husband and I are preparing to file a legal seperation while we work through personal issues. What is involved in attaining a dismissal should we be able to work through our problems?

You need to contact the county court where you will file your legal separation to find out what forms will need to be completed in the event that you decide to dismiss the petition for legal separation.

Local courts each have their own rules and required forms. Generally, you will probably have to file some form of request for dismissal of the petition for legal separation.
