I’m 6 months pregnant and my boyfriend and I got into a fight. I called the police and they took pictures and recorded me. I had a bust nose but there were no wittnesses and this was his first time ever being arrested on something like this. he is not a violent person at all we both just acted without thinking. the fight started when I bust his car window.

I would strongly advise you retain a criminal defense attorney for your boyfriend to assist in his defense. Unfortunately, the State Attorney's Office will not simply just drop charges. My firm offers free case consultations in these sorts of cases. Good luck.
