The general rule is that you have to allow the landlord and or his or her agent (which is the realtor here) reasonable access to the home and that they have to provide you notice of their intent to show the home or have have an open house or what ever. They can not interfere with your right to quiet enjoyment of the rental home but you can not intentionally interfere with their right to show it. Time to have a discussion. Good luck.
