What are my rights as far as being terminated are considered?

I have admitted to something that is a fireable offense at my place of employment. I have still been able work shifts since. What rights do I have?

I'm not sure what you mean by "rights". Most work is "at will" which means that a company can set the conditions of employment much as it sees fit (absent some form of legally actionable discrimination). Therefore, unless your firing under the circumstances will violate the terms of a union agreement or employment contract, you have no rights in this matter. The fact is that a worker can be terminated for any reason or no reason at all, with or without notice.
