what are my rights
If the husband and I own a beach house together what can be done to keep him out to we are legally separated…it’s neither one’s primary home…He has changed the locks since he had a woman in the house when I went to visit it and he called the law and she came out and left because the law told my husband he couldn’t ask me to leave because I owned it too

If you are both on the title, then neither one of you can keep the.other out or limit the other's right to use, possession, and access. Either of you may enter, stay there, store stuff there, or have guests you want there at any time. You are both owners; onr owner cannot limit the other owner's rights.
