I’m not on the birth certificate and she missed 3 court dates after I initiated a court hearing?

In order to get visitation rights as to your child, you need a court order deeming you the father of him or her. As such, you need to consult with a family law attorney about filing a paternity petition as well as for visitation. Assuming you are deemed the parent per a court order after proper DNA testing is done as to you and the child, you can then get visitation in order.
Note, once you are deemed the father, you are obligated for child support, past and future until the child is 18 years of age.
