How to get a opy of our lease?
Our landlords agent have not provided us or out agent with a final copy of the lease agreement and MIMO. We contacted both our agent and landlords agent to try to gat a copy of this document. Landlords agent e-mailed us an incomplete(pages missing) and impossible to read copy without a MIMO. Do we legally have a lease if we newer got the copy sighted by landlord? What can we do to get a copy of it? I know copy of the lease has to be delivered within 15 days. Whose responsibility it is to deliver the contract?

Under the laws of all states in this country you are entitled to a copy of the written lease for the unit that you have. I suggest that you write the landlord a letter seeking such to be delivered to you by a certain date. If such does not happen you should consult with a landlord tenant attorney as to your legal options.
