If our rental sold and we have a lease for another 8 months, what are our options?

Under the laws of all states in this country if you have a written lease for a certain period of time and the rental is then sold to a third party where you have time remaining under the lease, the new owner ends up buying the unit subject to your lease being in place.
In essence, you have time remaining in the unit until yout lease expires.
