What to do if we are having a property line dispute with our neighbor?
Our neighbors are putting what they are calling “property pins” up to 9 feet over on our property and putting posted signs up and saying that is the property line. Further they are telling us to not move the pins or they will take us to court. However, they have no paperwork or measurements; we have the deeds and measurements. Can we move the pins back to the line where they belong?

Before you engage in any self help by removing the "pins" on your property as claimed you should consult with a real estate attorney about your situation and bring him or her a copy of the deed you have to your parcel with its legal description.
Most likely the attorney will suggest that you retain a surveyor to ascertain where the property's boundaries are located so that you can address the "pin" issue that you are having with your neighbors.
