We are doing a do it yourself uncontested divorce, we filed most papers and have a court date, But when do i file the child custody and alimony papers

As far as i can see those are the only papers yet to file with the court, but i don’t know when to do it. We are not using the friend of the court, but i know we still have to file papers with them.

Since the judge will determine any issues relating to child custody and alimony, you should file those papers before your court date so that the judge can address these issues at your court hearing.
