Does my neighbor have the right to use my driveway?

I live in a subdivision and have aprivate driveway on my lot. A person that has the lot next to mine and ysaid the have the right to use my private driveway instead of using the subdivision street listed on the deed.

They have no right to use a driveway on your private property unless they have your permission or an easement on your land.  I would make sure that there is no such easement and speak with an attorney about the matter.  Good luck.
