After they covered me for half year they are cancelling my homeowners. I had all the lawn taken care of but the want me to cut trees I want to keep for privacy and to keep my hillside up. They are tree they call them brush. Yesterday she said she would work with me today they are not giving me a chance from yesterday they said they were. Their suppose to give you a chance to rectify

They only have to give you a chance to rectify or remediate the situation IF the policy said they had to: the insurance policy is a contract, and you have whatever rights (and only those rights) the policy gives you. So if the policy states that you should have had a chance to correct the situation, they must give you that chance; if they do not, you could sue them to enforce the contract/policy or for any losses you thereby (through the cancellation) suffer. If the policy does not require that they give you a chance to correct the condition, however, then they do not need to.
