How do we get an inherited home in our names?
Uncle passed and got a house left to him from my grandmother, which he put in his name. He left it to me and my cousins.

You now need to go through probate. If he left it to you and your cousins, and it is not in a trust, then it needs to go through probate court. If it is in the trust and you are the beneficiaries, it should be as easy as working with the trustee to transfer title. Either way, if you are unsure, you need to speak with and consult with either as a group of beneficiaries or one on one with an estate planning attorney to ensure your inheritance is left intact and not dissipated by more direct beneficiaries who may or may not try to make the court void the will.
