Two weeks notice
I let my manager know that I will be putting my 2 weeks in but I’ll still finish until my 2 weeks are up. Can she call me and tell me that she won’t schedule me at all since I’m putting my 2 weeks in and tell me to just pick up my separation papers? I wanted to finish my 2 weeks first.

The fact is that, absent an employment contract or union agreement to the contrary, giving a 2 week notice is a courtesy and not a legal requirement. Therefore, an employer can choose to honor it or not. If it does not honor such a notice, then at the time that you give notice your employer can deem that as an immediate resignation.
