My mother lives in florida, if I visit
her on a motorcycle with no turn signals
can I get a ticket if my state does not

A motorist is subject to the laws of the state in which they are operating their vehicle. Accordingly, they can be ticketed for something that is permissable in their home state.

When you are in a state that requires turn signals on your motorcycle, and you don't have them, you are subject to that state's jurisdiction and will receive a ticket for violating state law. It is irrelevant that your state does not require turn signals.
