I want to know if I can refuse a trust being set up in my name. My parents are setting one up with a sibling as executor and I don’t want their money, or my sisters to have any control over me or my money.

There's probably a way to do this, and I'm sure if you let them know your feelings, their attorneys will draw up the papers necessary.
If you live without the money, ignore whatever rules the trust has to get at the money, nobody has any control over you. It's as simple as that.
For more details, and reliable advice based on all of the facts of your situation, you should talk to a an attorney who practices where the trusts are being set up. One place to find qualified lawyers is our website, http://attorneypages.com
