You could take a print-out or screen capture of their facebook post to the federal EEOC or you state equal/civil rights agency and bring a claim for illegal sexual discrimination: an employer may NOT refuse to consider or hire women because it is concerned they may be sexually harassed. (If the company is worried about sexual harassment, it should have a strong anti-harassment policy, make that policy known to all employees, investigate alleged harassment, and take action against harassers when their harassment can be proven or established). It is sexual discrimination to not hire women because they are women, just as it is discrimination or harassment to effectively let harassers harasss and punish female employees or applicants for being female.
