If there are three (3) owners of a piece of property all having equal shares and one owner wants to place a trailer on the parcel, he or she does not need to obtain permission from the other two (2) to do so.

However, obtaining permission from the other two (2) before placement of the trailer on the property would be a wise and prudent thing to do in order to prevent a dispute with the other two (2) owners.

Onother issue that could come up is whether or not a trailer would be allowed on the property due to zoning issues (example: mobile homes are not allowed in some zoned areas). If all three (3) owners agree to the placement of the trailer and it turns out that its placement is not allowed on the parcel and fines are imposed, the chances for a dispute amongst the owners would be less likely.
