the yard at the home im renting from

When i moved in the landlord gave me part of the yard for my dogs, I fixed it up cause there was no grass. Now the daughter wants part of my yard for a pool after i fixed it up, The landlord is now saying i have to move in Sept. Can she kick me out sooner if i refuse to give up my part of the yard?

I am not admitted in Wisconsin.  I am going to assume that you are a month to month tenant because you did not mention a lease.  She needs to give you at least 30 days notice to vacate.  She said September.  If she changed her mind and wanted you out August 1st she would have to give you notice tomorrow.  If you did not leave then she would have to start holdover proceedings in August and that would take a while so I would say September is a safe bet either way.
