the insurance company will not pay me for an accident.
I was stopped at a light, got hit from behind. The driver that hit me was hit from the driver behind him. The insurance company of the third car said they will only pay half of the damages to my car. I am getting no responce from the insurance company of the car that hit me. I’ve called at least 10 times over the last 6 months since it happened. they have not called back. I cannot get my vehicle fixed on just half of the estamate. What should I do? Please help.

It's time to hire a lawyer. Six months is long enough. You probably won't get anywhere until you have some help with this. One place to find qualified attorneys is our website, http://attorneypages.com
You were hit from behind, you were at the front end of the chain reaction. You have to get paid for your damages, you had no possible part in the cause of the accident. Your lawyer can haul everyone else into court and make them sort it out with the judge.
