Sounds like it is time for you to obtain the services of a probate litigation lawyer to bring suit against the persons responsible for the sale of the home and obtain recovery  the proceeds, a case of fraud or waste; if this matter went into probate, then a petition to reopen the probate will need to be initiated against the executor of the estate and all those that participated in the unlawful transfer of this property to others than those daughters entitled to receive per the provisions of ther will.
