If I understand your question, you have an insurance policy, with the Able Insurance Company, which you bought through the Baker Insurance Agency. Able has now terminated Baker's agency for it, and you want to know how this affects you.
Your policy is still completely valid, and your premiums and the due date(s) are the same, because your policy is a contract with Able, not Baker. Other than having to find someone else local if you want to speak to someone face-to-face about a question, this shouldn't affect you at all.
