There is nothing you can do unless you had a written employment contract which covered discipline, suspension, and similar issues. If you did, the company must comply with the contract--review its terms, to see if what they did was proper or not.
But if you did not have a written contract, you could be suspended--or, for that matter, demoted, have pay cut, or even be terminated--at any time, for any reason whatsoever. (Without a contract, you are an "employee at will.") Therefore, without a contract, your employer could suspend you without pay for this reason--or again, for any reason--and also deny you the of any accumulated time off during the suspension.
