What to do if my spouse is claiming that she is going to use financial activity prior to our filing for divorce to ask for more money in our hearing?

Is this possible? My spouse is claiming that expenditures she disagrees with (a wide variety of things, everything from electronics, entertainment automobile work, or anything she can’t identify on a credit card statement). Can be submitted to the judge during our divorce hearing. Resulting in her being awarded 1/2 of these expenditures to her.

Your spouse is bound by all your expenditures during the marriage unless she can show that they were excessive or abnormal and did not benefit the marital community.  Be prepared to explain all expenditures she is challenging.  An expenditure can benefit one spouse alone and still benefit the marital community.
