If you have collision coverage, and the driver was driving with permission, and hit a deer, your company would pay for the danages. If the person was driving without permission (such as if he stole the car) your carrier may or may not cover the damage.

If your carrier does pay under the collision rider it may go after him or his insurance carrier to the extent he was negligent.

If you claim that he did not have permission, but he really did, you'd have commited insurance fraud.
