Sick/accident pay and 1099 pay…can I get both?

If I get on sick and accident because I injured my
knee which inhibits me to do my current job which is
the union ironworkers but allows me to drive with
uber can I collect from both?

Also can I collect unemployment as well as drive for
uber?

If you are collecting sick pay from your union and the union will allow you to collect while driving for Uber you can do this--that is a question about this specific union benefit, not the law generally, so you need to review the rules for the benefit under your union contract or other governing documents.
You cannot collect unemployment compensation while driving for Uber, however--or rather, if you earn *very* little, you can still  get UI, but the unemployment insurance will be reduced by what you are earning, so that between Uber and UI, you are only getting around what you could have gotten from UI anyway. You can't really come out ahead: you can't get full UI while also working and drawing income.
