Should I senda US company a copy ofan invoice for goods that Ipurchased from China regarding copyright infringment?
I ordered a product from China. Unknown to me they printed someone else’s trademark on the label. A UScompany has contacted me about trademark infringement. They want a copy of my invoice. Should I send it to them? I’ve already supplied them with an email statement and the hang tags from what I had. And all the contact information of the company in China.

You can only be forced to provide the invoice if legal process is employed--for example, if you receive a subpoena to testify and/or provide documents.If that has not happened, they can't force you to provide the invoice. Whether you "should" provide it or not depends on your own personal judgment of what is right or wrong to do in this circumstance.
