should I take 50 responsibility in this accident
Hi,
I was in a car accident and he insurance company settlement says it’s a
50/50. I was turning right in a one-lane street with green light, and my car
got hit on right-rear. Insurance company says that it’s because I was not
close enough to the right curb before turning. Just want to know if it’s
worth for arguing.

How much is at stake--i.e. how much do you have to pay if you are 50-50 at fault? If your 50% share is $1,500 or less, it is likely not worth fighting: while you could do it yourself as your own attorney ("pro se") to save on legal fees, even without a lawyer, you'll spend some money on litigation, lose in the aggregate 1 - 2 days from work, and not have anything like a guaranty you will win or get anything more. If your share is several thousand dollars and you believe that you were not at fault, then it probably is worth fighting--and if worth, say, $5,000 or more, probably economically worth hiring an attorney for.
