Should I settle with the insurance company over my next injury?
I have a neck injury from a car accident that was not my fault. The insurance company wants to settle with me right now for what sounds to me like a decent amount of money, but I’m not done with my treatments yet. Should I wait or just take the money?

Are you represented by counsel? Whose insurance company (the other driver's)? You need to consider future treatments, pain and suffering, other non-economic and economic damages. Oftentimes, such a settlement may preclude any future claims by you for the same accident.
