Should I challenge my speeding ticket?
Officer cited me for speeding 40 mph/35 mph zone then in comment box below states actual speed 54 mph/35 mph zone. I presume this to be contradicting? How can I admit guilt to
driving to different speeds at once? Also, there should not be multiple speeds when using radar?

What the officer did is to give you a break--he cited you for going fewer miles over the speed limit than you actually did, so you would get a lesser penalty. However, he then noted the actual speed in the comments to make sure the court knows that he already gave you a break by citing you for a lower speed than you were traveling at; that way, the court won't give you further break or reduction. This would not provide grounds to challenge the ticket.
