Yes, if you believe that your company suspects you of embezzlement, which can lead to tou being sued and/criminal charges, you should retain an attorney now and follow his or her advice. In the meantime, do not say anything about this to anyone and don't admit to anything--anything you say can be used against you--and don't send anything that could even potentially be incriminating over comapny email or using a company phone: they can access that.
