robbed at work

The store I work at was robbed by 3 men at gunpoint. They took the register and then my phone, backpack and wallet with 360.00 in it. My employees have said nothing about it and I would like to know if and I would go about being getting the stolen cash back. Police report was made police also have the store video of robbery. This happened in Bothell Washington

Absent an employment contract or union agreement to the contrary, the fact is that an employer is not reponsible for any losses that an employee may suffer as the result of a criminal act while they are on the clock. An employer is not responsible for the criminal acts of other, even co-workers.
