If a roommate is charged with a DUI, is there any potential liability for me?

I own my own home. Several months ago my long time friend moved in to become my roommate. To my great shock and dissappointment she was just recently charged with her 3rd DUI. Are there any legal ramifications for me if someone decides to sue her? In other words, does this leave my home open to risk if this is listed as her legal addres?

So long as your long time friend has no ownership interests in the house that you own and you did nothing to contribute to the DUI's that she has received, I see no basis factually and legally for someone to sue you if he or she was injured by your friend and roommate.
