If a condo is being sold but the seller died, can the sale continue?
My family was selling their father’s condo but then their father died. Can the family continue to sell the condo?

It will depend on the property was listed on the purchase and sale and if the father had someone who had power of attorney for him (say a person deemed incapable of self-care and incompetent). If yes, then potentially the sale could move forward but at this point it would include the estate and someone who is either the executor/executrix, the trustee or administrator.
