What to do if my longtime girlfriend was contacted through Facebook by her chiropractor and in his message he propositioned her for sex?

Saying things in the message such as “my wife won’t be home”, etc. What are the legal repercussions for such actions from a doctor towards a patient? What are my girlfriend’s legal options in this matter, to make sure this creep doesn’t continue to do this?

1) She can't sue for any money--there has been no injury for which the law provides compensation (there's no compensation for being propositioned, offended, etc.).

2) She can report him to the state board that licenses chiropractors, for what seems like it may be an ethical violation.

3) She should de-friend him, of course.

4) If he keeps pursuing her after she's told him not to, she may be able to get some protective or restraining order against  him.
