If I got involved with an American citizen and now I’m expecting, do I have the right to apply for child support since I’m a temporary worker with a valid visa?

The visa was for 2 years and expires in around 10 months. He pressure me to go trough and abortion but decided not to do it. i told him im staying to give birth in US soil so my baby woth have both parents in birth certificate. Since I have to go back to my country shorly after the baby is born to renew my visa, can I take my baby out of the country legally?
