Unless you have an employment contract or union agreement that provides you with protection under the circumstances, or your treatment constituted some form of legally actionable discrimination (which you did not indicate), you have no rights in this situation. The fact is that most work relationships are "at will", which means that a company can set the conditions of employment much as it sees fit. This includes who is given a warning, when and for what.
