If I quit claim my share of our house over to my husband and we end up getting divorced, am I entitled to my fair share?
I had a gambling problem and my husband wants me to sign a quit deed for our house and property for $100,000. It is worth more than that. I contributed my share or more to pay for it.

You are entitled to whatever you agree to sign it over for. You quitclaiming your share of the house to anyone, including your husband, is voluntary on your part: you don't need to do it. Therefore, you should only do it for an amount of money you deem reasonable--and if he's not willing to pay what you will accept, don't do it.
