Questions about rights to people on a mobile home title

My father passed away with no will and I have 4 sisters, me and my younger sister live in my father’s house and the other 3 have a home of their own, they all want there name on the house we live in but does that give them the right to move in whenever they want, one of my sisters has also stolen stuff from this house while my dad was alive, if her name is on the title and she doesn’t live here does she have the right to enter whenever she wants. What does her name being on the title give her the power to do?

Anyone who is an owner of the home--that is, anyone currently on the title; or anyone who inherits it (as your siblings will, based on what you write), after their name is put on the title (as it will have to be)--has the right to enter, use, etc. the home. It doesn't matter is only some people have been living there; all owners have an equal right to use, access, and possession. You may wish to see if you can buy out their interests or, if you can' or don't want to, if you can sell the house, distribute any proceeds, and the buy or rent a place that will be solely yours.
