Purchased a home settlement date 15th July. Received a water bill 4th April to 7th July. Now previous owners solicitors want us to pay that bill. That can’t be right?

New South Wales.

Previous paid a 100 that the solicitors said will take them through to the 15th
july. The metre was read on the 7th, day after payment and there is 72 left to
be paid.

Yes, an employee may be fired for his or her criminal background, even after five months.
